Responsibilities
Process payments for Rental and Retail Shop transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Assist guests with rental equipment suitable for their needs and explaining safety features. Receiving cash at the beginning of work shift and counting the money in the drawer to verify accuracy. Greeting each guest as they go through the line. Interpreting rental forms and ringing correct equipment selection into register. Ensuring that the correct price is charged for all items. Collecting payment from all guests, making accurate change for the transaction. Providing correct rental equipment to customers. Receive, clean and put away rental equipment once customers have returned them. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
