I’m afraid my ski report is sounding a bit like a broken record but I’m running out of ways to say the skiing and riding are SIMPLY OUTSTANDING.
The Mountains are truly buried. A WINTER WONDERLAND COMES TO MIND. You really don’t want to miss this. COME ON DOWN!
It’s currently 27 degrees and partly cloudy. The forecast for Thursday is short and sweet: mostly cloudy skies with occasional snow showers, especially in the afternoon, high around 30 degrees, chance of snow 70%, total daytime accumulations, maybe a few inches.
Song Mountain will open Thursday, January 22nd from 10 am to 9 pm with 2 lifts, serving 12+ trails. We are skiing and riding on a 34 to 64” base with a powder and machine groomed, packed powder surface. All Thursday School Programs are a GO. Heuga’s Alpine is open for your dining pleasure from 11 am to 9 pm.
And now some late breaking news… There is potential for significant winter weather impacts from late Saturday night through Monday evening. Confidence continues to increase for widespread heavy snow with significant accumulations possible. STAY TUNED AND KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSS 🙂
