• Involves cleaning, sorting and putting away dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other equipment in designated storage areas. Must be able to keep up with a high volume of dishes and cleaning tasks. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by chef at any time. Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
