Perform all aspects of professional table service and for every guest, including wine/beverage service, menu knowledge, and proper cash handling with Point of Sale (POS) usage. Take accurate orders and process effectively and efficiently. Maintain a clean and neat appearance and comply with dress code requirements. Serve meals to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Perform cleaning duties in restaurant areas. Stock and restock areas of restaurant as necessary.
Accurate cash handling and credit card processing required to training specifications. Perform end of shift accounting and tip recording procedures. Assists with group functions and banquets as scheduled. Work cooperatively with other staff members. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be 18 years of age. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
