Perform all aspects of professional service for every guest. Maintain a clean and neat appearance and comply with dress code requirements. Must maintain a polite, professional and consist mannerism with all guests. You will be required to shovel the deck and start the fire in the morning. You will be expected to maintain all tables, the kitchenette and make sure all areas of the Thunderbird are clean throughout the day. Empty and line all garbage when necessary, check the bathrooms for cleanliness, and stock and restock all necessary areas throughout the day. Assist with group functions and banquets as scheduled. Ability to perform other related duties as assigned. Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday only; all weekends and holidays.
