Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile! The position entails learning our products and ensuring our guests have a valid product before loading our lifts, as well as preform other duties as assigned. Work well with other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently. Ability to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
A Ticket Checker team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following: Ground and Hill Maintenance, Rental Shop, Customer Service, Ski School, Food and Beverage and Cafe’s if needed. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
