Assistant Office Manager

Involves customer service and administrative duties, such as processing paperwork, ticket and pass sales, phone calls, lesson reservations etc. Responsible for supervising, staffing and training Front Desk staff. Must be able to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
