Responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant for Song and Labrador Mountain. Candidates must be energetic, reliable, demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a solid background in Office Assistance. The position involves customer service and administrative duties, such as processing paperwork, ticket and pass sales, phone calls, lesson reservations etc. Candidate would help the Office Manager with supervising, staffing and training the front desk staff. Must be able to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
