Responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant for Song Mountain. Candidates must be energetic, and reliable, demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a solid background in Office Assistance. The candidate would work closely with the Office Manager supervising, staffing and training. The position involves customer service and administrative duties, such as processing paperwork, ticket and pass sales, phone calls, and lesson reservations. The candidate must be able to operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Perform other related duties as assigned and must have a flexible schedule. The candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and occassional weeknights.
